6 and 7 Weeks Old

While we're slowly getting the hang of things around here, I'm still behind on blogging of course.  Something's gotta give when you're managing a toddler and an infant, and I guess this is it.  As a brief update, C eats around every 2 hours in the day which is rough, but usually sleeps for 4 hour stretches or longer at night.  He sometimes likes to cry from 9-midnight, also rough, but the good news is made till 7 am last night which was a wonderful treat!!

Big sis B is awesome.  She doesn't dote on him as I thought she might, but is an excellent helper and eloquently describes his crying fits by saying, "Booper, wah."  She lets C share the play mat and swing with Mr. Wockett which is very giving of her.  :-)  Her cousin came to visit from Austin this week, and she's also been staying busy with Mothers Day out this summer.

All in all we feel amazingly blessed these days, and are working to see through the exhaustion just how wonderful it is to be parents.  Before we know it they'll be all grown up!
